How can I get my health insurance to pay for male ****** reduction surgery?

I have gynecomastia caused by antidepressants I took years back. Is there any way that I can get my health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) to cover it? After all, this is to correct a problem caused by medication, not simply an ordinary cosmetic procedure.
