What is a good health Insurance for family of 4 for emergency only? Michigan?

Thanks I was wondering if anybody can recommed a health insurance company that offers a low monthly rate for emergency care only, like an injury, etc. in Michigan. I am going to call around, but if you can give any info that would be great. Thanks. My husband and I are self employeed with 2 kids. Thanks

    Almost all health insurance companies offer catastrophic hospitilization and emergency care only plans. Some will even cover preventive care - Aetna comes to mind.

    United Healthcare would be another or really any HSA plan could work in this capacity as well.

    DON’T go for a limited benefit policy. You wouldn’t be doing yourself any favors. Just go for a higher deductible on a comprehensive policy. I have some links on my site to companies in MI if you want to look at prices and compare them side by side. No personal information is needed to do so.

    A Z, Health insurance can be very tricky. Since I’m from Louisiana I’m not sure about Michigan laws and regulations, so I recommend you contact a nearby health insurance agent. They will be able to assist you.
